Bad breath can be gotten away naturally through the use of a home-made remedy used by Cameroonians. This remedy is considered effective by some people who experimented on it before. But there isn't any medical proof, attesting that cloves can be used to get rid of bad breath. Below is a list of the items required to get rid of bad breath.
List of Items to Get Rid of Bad Breath
- 1 tablespoon of ground cloves also known in Cameroon as matches spice or nail spice.
- 3 cups of water
- 2 stalks of parsley
- Boil the water
- Add the dry ingredients
- Keep it to boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Method of Usage
Pour the contents into a clean bottle and use it as a mouth wash. After washing your mouth, rinse with water for 10 minutes and spit out. And enjoy the fresh breath.
